The Lakes by YOO is a stunning 850 acre luxury private estate in the eastern section of the Cotswold Water Park. In collaboration with The Lakes by YOO, we mainly focused on the coordination and delivery of the modular timber framed lakefront properties that characterise this exclusive development. The buildings are highly efficient timber framed structures, which arrive in panelised form from the manufacturer in Slovenia and are erected with great speed onto pre-prepared piled foundations. We work to ensure that the purchasers ideals and interior designers proposals are coordinated and understood by the construction team, and match all the appropriate standards and certification requirements. We utilise BIM software to deliver high levels of accuracy, as well as 3D imagery so purchasers can understand the final product more easily.
In addition to the coordination and delivery role, we were also involved in assisting with master-planning a future expansion of the estate, and developing concepts for new woodland units on the site.
