Jess is an accomplished Architect with extensive experience in residential design across various scales in Cardiff since completing her Part 2 in 2018. Originally from Shropshire, she relocated to Cardiff for university and has made it her home. Her background includes work at a high-end residential practice and a mid-sized firm focused on community-led, affordable housing and residential care. Jess has successfully delivered multiple schemes to planning approval, collaborating with clients, local authorities, and community groups. Jess joined GFA in summer 2025 and joined the team delivering the Gateway 2 application for a later-living retirement community in Eastbourne.
