Martha joined Gaunt Francis Architects in October 2023 after gaining extensive experience in both international and domestic architectural projects. She has worked on significant assignments in the UK, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, and Peru.

 

At Gaunt Francis Architects, Martha has been involved in various projects including residential and Co-Living feasibility studies, as well as the Greenmeadow Community Farm in Cwmbran, covering several stages from concept to development.

 

Prior to this, Martha worked as an Architect and Design Manager at Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in Barcelona, where she managed large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. Her role involved handling complex stages from initial design to development, showcasing her capability in managing significant architectural endeavors. Martha’s experience also spans working with RCR Arquitectes and Aires Mateus, contributing to masterplans and residential designs in Portugal and Spain.

 

In addition to her roles in established firms, Martha has demonstrated her leadership and project management skills through her freelance work, where she led projects from inception to completion, such as the HH House in Lima, Peru.

 

Martha’s international exposure and comprehensive experience in various architectural stages and sectors enable her to deliver well-rounded and impactful architectural solutions. Her expertise lies in large-scale residential, commercial, and community projects, with a strong emphasis on integrating contemporary design with practical functionality.
